In 2008 I participated in a seminar for young people, mostly students, from SEE countries. I experienced quite a bit of conferences in Serbia, Croatia, BIH and Albania in teaching on issues of Rule of Law.

 

 

 The one organized by KAS and “Pravnik” has been one of the best!

 

 

 

 

The lecturers came from various countries, including the USA. The sequence of topics was well chosen. It was an introduction to Rule of Law Principles, which definitely requires enlargement and differentiation. There was enough room for discussion and interaction between lecturers and participants and among participants, who exchanged views, opinions and experiences in the home countries from SEE.

 

 

Breaks, excursions, events in the city council, parliament and the Supreme Court of BIH provided opportunities to get familiar with the group and with each other, to establish lasting contacts.
